ARKANSAS ACT 478
- In March 2017, the Arkansas Legislature voted to enact a law that requires students to pass the civics portion of the naturalization test before a student may receive a high school diploma or equivalency diploma.
- Starting with students graduating in 2019, students will be required to answer at least 60 of 100 questions correctly.
- Students may take the test as many times as they want.
